Students

Deer Creek Youth

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

Deer Creek Youth is for students who are in 6th–12th grade. We are a group of students and leaders who aren’t perfect and don’t pretend to be who are Reaching Up in worship, Reaching In to build community and Reaching Out to serve the world. It’s our hope that every student, no matter their background or beliefs, will come as they are to be a part of our community. And it’s our prayer that every single student will not leave how they came – that we are all being transformed through knowing and following Jesus. We’re learning how to do this together in community, and love having students come and join us in this journey.

Meeting Times & Locations:

High-School Students

Sunday Mornings
As a church, we believe it is important for High-School students to engage in the broader body of the church by being a part of corporate worship on Sunday mornings. Therefore, we encourage our High-School students to attend the 8:30, 10:00 or 11:30 AM service with their families.

Sunday Nights
Our High-School students (9th-12th grade) gather together at the church on Sunday Nights from 6:30pm-8:00pm for a time of community, fun games, teaching and small groups.

Middle-School Students

Sunday Mornings
Middle School students can either join their parents for the entire worship service upstairs or, during the 10:00am service, they can join our Youth Director Trever Cook for a time of age-appropriate teaching and community downstairs in the youth area.

Wednesday Nights
Our Middle-School students (6th-8th grade) gather together at the church on Wednesday Nights from 6:30pm-8:00pm for a time of community, fun games, short teaching and small groups.
