God is generous and so He calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel.

We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Simple and secure. Give a single gift, or schedule recurring giving using your checking account, debit, or credit card.

Text To Give

Text any dollar amount to 84321 to give. Follow a quick, self-guided setup process to tie your mobile phone to Deer Creek Church, your donor account, and a payment source. After that, donating is as easy as sending a text. Donate to specific funds by entering general, missions or benevolence (example, text: “$100 general” to 84321).

Give In Person

You can also give in person at the weekend worship gathering.

Other Ways to Give

Stock Donations

You can donate stock holdings directly to Deer Creek. If you sell appreciated stock and donate the cash proceeds, you may be subject to long term capital gains taxes which can be up to 20% of the appreciated value. If you donate the stock directly to the church, you can avoid that tax altogether and make your gift go further!

Donor Advised Funds

Donor-Advised Funds, or DAFs, allow donors to make charitable contributions to a public charity, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants to other organizations like Deer Creek Church.

IRA Accounts

Are you subject to required minimum distributions from your IRA account? A qualified charitable distribution to Deer Creek Church can satisfy all or part of the amount of your required minimum distribution from your IRA, helping you to avoid income taxes on an otherwise taxable distribution.

Other Non-Cash Gifts

We are also able to accept other non-cash gifts, such as real estate, business interests, personal property, restricted securities, estate gifts, retirement plans, and life insurance. We partner with other ministries like National Christian Foundation and the PCA Foundation which have the expertise to facilitate these unique and complex gifts.

Financial Management

The finances of Deer Creek Church are managed by the finance team under the oversight of the elders (session). The budget is created by the finance team and staff and is approved by the elders, who have been elected by the congregation, in line with the mission of our church. We use best practices for establishing budgets, salaries, and debt reduction.
