Check-In

On your first visit, please stop by the guest check-in desk in our main lobby so our greeters can welcome and assist you. Each child up to third grade will receive a name tag to put on his or her shirt. Parents will receive a security tag with a 4-digit code that will need to be presented in order to pick up children after the service. This code will also be displayed in the sanctuary if your child needs you during the service. To make your check-in experience as easy as possible, we encourage you to pre-register your family.

Sunday Morning Structure

Please read below for more information about the format of our Sunday morning programming for each age group.

Nursery Room

0 to 1-year-olds
Babies may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

Toddler Room

2 to 3-year-olds
Toddlers may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

Pre-K Room

Preschoolers may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

Kindergarten & 1st Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

2nd & 3rd Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

4th &5th Grade Room

DCC offers a class for 4th & 5th graders during our 10:45 service only. Click here for more information about this class.

Nursing Mothers' Room

Mothers are welcome to use our Nursing Mothers' Room.  This room can be found to the left of the sanctuary at the top of the stairs.  This room has a changing table, infant swing, nursing pillows, and a live TV feed to the service.

Safety & Security Policies

All adult volunteers are background-checked annually and attend a training on our safety and security policies, including evacuation procedures, lockdown procedures, and bathroom policies. Additionally, all adult volunteers annually complete a Ministry Safe training on best practices to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse. Finally, every classroom and hallway is equipped with cameras, and we strive to follow the "Rule of Two" - at least two volunteers in every classroom.
