Below you can learn about our check-in process, Sunday morning structure, and safety policies.

Check-In

Check-In

On your first visit, please stop by the guest check-in desk in the main lobby so our greeters can welcome and assist you. Each child will receive a name tag, and parents will receive a security tag with a 4-digit code needed for pick-up after the service. The code will also appear in the sanctuary if your child needs you. To make check-in easier, we encourage you to pre-register your family.

Sunday Structure

Kids will join their small group based on age.

Nursery Room

Babies may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service. (0-23 months)

2 Yr Olds Room

2 year olds may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

3 & 4 Yr Olds Room

3 and 4 year olds may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

Pre-K Room

Preschoolers may be dropped off prior to the start of the service or at any time during the service.

Kindergarten Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

1st Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

2nd Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

3rd Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

4th Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

5th Grade Room

Kids worship with their families in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. They are then dismissed to meet their teachers in the lobby.

Mother's Room

Mother's Room

Mothers are welcome to use this room, located to the right of the coffee bar in the main lobby area. This room has a changing table, nursing pillow, and a live TV feed to the service.

Safety & Security Policies

All adult volunteers complete an annual background check and training on our safety and security policies, including evacuation, lockdown, and bathroom procedures.

All volunteers complete an annual Ministry Safe training to help reduce the risk of child sexual abuse. Classrooms and hallways are monitored by cameras, and we follow the “Rule of Two,” with at least two volunteers in every classroom.
