About Daniel and Hannah Nealon
Daniel is married to Hannah and has two children, Eli and McClaine. Originally from Arvada, Colorado, Daniel and Hannah moved to Nashville in 2013 so Daniel could attend Vanderbilt Divinity School, where he received his M.T.S. Daniel has served as Pastor of Youth & Families at West End Community Church (PCA) in Nashville, Tennessee and is a member of Nashville Presbytery’s Theological Credentials Committee. Hannah has worked for several years as a Church Plant Ministry Assistant with Flatrock Community Church (PCA) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Lord has given Daniel and Hannah a strong sense of call to plant a warmly confessional church in a university setting that is committed to the great commission and great commandment of Jesus Christ.
As church planters, Daniel and Hannah deeply value parish ministry where the resources, outreach, and efforts of the church are focused toward a particular community. They also value discipleship that is simple and centered around Scripture, the sacraments, and prayer, all in the context of warm community and hospitality. Lastly, they value the need for local development of future church pastors and leaders.
Daniel and Hannah are passionate about seeing more people come to know Jesus and are excited to work with Deer Creek to see a church planted in 2021! They hope to plant in a major university city (Boulder, Golden, Englewood, or North Denver).
